How we make these pages
Where the answers come from, who checks the explanations, and how to report a mistake.
Where the puzzles come from
LinkedIn changes its daily puzzles at midnight Pacific time. A few minutes after that, we fetch the new day’s puzzles. The clues, the answers, the Crossclimb ladder words and the Queens boards on our pages all come from LinkedIn’s puzzle for that day. We do not make up puzzles or guess answers.
How the explanations are made
- Pinpoint and Crossclimb. The note on why each clue fits is written for that day’s answer. A separate pass then checks the facts, the logic and the wording against the answer and the other clues, and the text is edited before it goes on a page.
- Queens. The solution steps are worked out by a solver program that follows the game’s rules.
Corrections
If you find a mistake, write to contact@pinpointanswertoday.today. When we fix a page, its update time changes, so the “Updated” time on the page shows when it was last touched.
Not LinkedIn
Pinpoint Today is not part of LinkedIn and is not an official LinkedIn site. See About for what the site covers, or LinkedIn games answers today for today’s puzzles.
